  • Represented construction company in multi-party construction defect litigation.
  • Defended a major marine construction company in a Los Angeles Superior Court jury trial resulting in a defense verdict.
  • Obtained summary judgment on behalf of Marine Construction Company that was alleged to have damaged the plaintiff’s yacht. The plaintiff was seeking over $1 Million in damages.
  • Successfully defended client from $28 million in governmental liquidated damages utilizing defense of project owner’s failure to comply with environmental laws.
  • Successfully defended a construction company client from claim of $6 million in liquidated damages involving construction of a 31-story office building.
  • Represented building owner in litigation of system-wide metalurgical failure of sprinkler system.
