Mr. Mitchell S. Griffin, one of the founding partners of Cox, Wootton, Griffin, Hansen & Poulos, LLP, specializes in maritime and insurance matters, including insurance coverage disputes, and commercial litigation.
Mr. Griffin has 25 years of experience in complex trials and appellate matters in both federal and state courts. He represents a variety of maritime and non-maritime clients, including marine and inland underwriters and companies involved in various modes of transportation (marine, rail, truck, and air) in matters concerning property damage, personal injuries, contract disputes and insurance coverage.
