Cox Wootton Welcomes Attorney Christian E. Ford
Cox, Wootton, Griffin, Hansen & Poulos, LLP, has added associate attorney Christian E. Ford to their San Francisco law firm. Mr. Ford is a 2008 graduate of University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), and holds Masters Degree from both Yale University and University of California, Berkeley. Concurrent with his law practice at the Firm, Mr. Ford is a Ph.D Candidate in political science at the University of California, Berkeley.
Immediately prior to joining the California law practice, Mr. Ford was a lecturer in the National Security Affairs Department at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), where he taught graduate-level classes in homeland security, critical infrastructure protection, and national security law. Prior to teaching, Mr. Ford was an associate with Baker & McKenzie LLP, where he worked on commercial litigation, commercial trade regulation and compliance, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters.
While in law school, Mr. Ford was a senior editor and articles editor of the Berkeley Journal of International Law. He received an Outstanding Graduate Student Instructor Award from the University, which is given to fewer than ten percent of the University’s graduate student instructors.
Prior to law school, Mr. Ford worked as Special Assistant to the Department of Homeland Security’s Director of Infrastructure Protection (2002-2003). He also worked as Special Assistant to Homeland Security’s Deputy General Counsel (2003).

Cox, Wootton, Griffin, Hansen & Poulos, LLP, has added associate attorney Marc Avram Centor to the Firm. Mr. Centor is a 2007 graduate of the University of Virginia Law School. Prior to joining Cox Wootton, Mr. Centor was an associate with Paul, Hastings, Janosky and Walker LLP.
