  • Successfully obtained environmental indemnity and damages for developer client in litigation of contamination of shopping center caused by a major oil company.
  • Represented developer to enforce environmental indemnity agreement against former owner of solvent contaminated site.
  • Successfully defended seller of gas station property from buyer’s claims of non-disclosure and environmental indemnity.
